This unique product was designed by a customer, specifically for the MS7001B Gas Turbine. When the turning gear clutch engages, its teeth undergo extreme stress as they break away the 50-ton rotor from a dead stop. Soft Clutch minimizes the turning gear motor's torque, speed and acceleration as the clutch engages. This product can substantially increase the life of your turning gear clutch and help eliminate costly repairs.
